Here we are, two months later, as the overlays in a film after a leap. From Bluff, the resort-shaped process of our last post, Iceland seems to have been a century ... a big step ahead of its time where days, weeks, months, even years, rode at each other, overlapping of duties in an anthill. How long have there? 5 years?? But it seems like yesterday! What has made your great grandson ... 7 years?? I can not believe! Touch the relativity of time is like eating an ice cream cone ... from the bottom if you do get to a point that the ice cream you runny nose and is more difficult to enjoy them. Instead if you start on the right side is another thing ... Philosophy money from two apart, we finally made it to the longest stage (as we do not know yet ...) of our trip. We Kjos. Janis works full-time, I currently only a few hours a day in exchange for room and board. In pratica, faccio poco più di niente. Questo poco più di niente finora consiste in azioni apparentemente banali, come spalare merda nella stalla, spostare fieno con una carriola e segare rami...tutte cose per cui non serve certo ingegno, ma solo un po' di attenzione e buon senso (un po' come quando si va a votare...ma questa è un'altra storia...). Credo che per il momento non mungerò nessuna mucca...sono già in 4 in grado di farlo (oltre a noi ci sono Dora e Kitty, i due proprietari della fattoria e Armin, un ragazzo tedesco che lavora sodo, ma è talmente silenzioso che quasi quasi lo farei Presidente del Consiglio in Italia...) e non sembrano molto propensi a insegnarmi. Dora su questo argomento si è limitata a dire "vedremo"...Nel frattempo sto imparando ad apprezzare le sue doti di cuoca...non solo è brava, ma ha pure i miei stessi gusti...poca carne, tanta verdura e legumi a volontà. In pratica un ristorante perenne...con inclusa la colazione a base di latte fresco, yogurt biologico, marmellata fatta in casa e biscotti che Dora ha comprato perchè, dopo quasi 6 mesi, si ricordava che a Janis piacciono...Insomma, per il momento stiamo molto bene....si era capito????
